CANCELLATION POLICY
To provide the best possible service to all our clients, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. If you need to cancel and do not give at least 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, including cancellations made the night before or on the day of the appointment, you will be charged the full service fee (100%). Unfortunately, this policy is in place to ensure we have enough time to fill the appointment slot and accommodate other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
